Buckethead Rocked the Vic Theater!

So once again I was able to witness Buckethead rock again in Chicago, and I gotta say it was the best Buckethead show I've attended so far. I was so pumped up, the crowd was awesome, everyone was into it and the sound was superb. He started off by playing "night of the slunk" just like he did the last show I went to, which I dont mind becuase it's a sick track to start off a set.The cool thing about the Vic, is that you get beer delivered to you by a chick, so she's go around asking who wants beer and she brings back to you, really cool cause you don't lose your spot.
Anyway he played a lot of favorites such as, "in search of" "soothsayer" "fountains of the forgotten" "asylum of glass" "welcome to bucketheadland" among others. I'm actually looking forward until he comes back for another show, I never get tired of listening to Buckethead, he's a genius and he's inspiring..Rock on Buckethead!

Below is a 44 second clip of Buckethead doing a interlude solo for "gory head stump" he usually improvises every time, it sounded great, I wish I was able to get a full clip, but at least it's something. Enjoy

Buckethead Music Player in Effect

I recently added a cool music player loaded with Buckethead mp3s. I've add some of my personal favorite Buckethead tracks, such as, soothsayer, final wars, whitewash,(live version) asylum of glass, jordan, and much more from different Buckethead cd's. I will continue to add more and more buckethead tracks with time so I can build a huge buckethead playlist with songs from random buckethead albums. . I'm also open for any Buckethead song requests to be added to the player, I'll do my best to add that Buckethead song to the player.You can find the buckethead music player on the bottom of the page. Buckethead Show at The Vic Theater 9-27-08

I'm sure a lot of Buckethead fans got to see him perform already this year, myself included at Park West. Great show, nice theater, the atmosphere..not too great, anyway, the first time I got too see Buckethead perform was at the Vic Theater a couple years back, and I was ecstatic being there listening to Buckethead live, it was a great time. Now buckethead is coming back around again touring in America to play a second show, but this time in Chicago, he's performing at the Vic Theater once again, which is a perfect spot. I'm excited once again, I hope every fan has a kick ass time if your seeing Buckethead perform again , or if it's your first Buckethead show, enjoy and have fun!

Buckethead Unmasked?

So I'm sure plenty of Buckethead fans have come across some of these pics of Buckethead without his mask. Is it really him? It could possibly be, and I give props for the person who had originally found these pics of Buckethead unmasked. Anyhow, I rather see Buckethead with his mask on, shredding and playing those great riffs on stage :)
